Cesme Marina will take all reasonable and feasible steps to improve occupational safety conditions by making use of employees at the enterprise and/or appropriate specialists with the purchase of external services when necessary in all related activities.
Cesme Marina has the following commitments:

Development of measures to be taken to improve the occupational health and safety of all employees, contractors and guests, and
to create an occupational safety culture by encouraging effective participation within the scope of support,

Relevant policies to support effective Occupational health and Safety practices within the organization and to make them available to everyone,
creating and maintaining procedures, systems, information, training, promotional programs and organizational structures,

To be in compliance with all applicable Occupational health and safety related legislation, regulations and standards,

Applying risk and hazard management systems related to and appropriate to the risks within the scope of the organization,

To provide safe working space and equipment for controlled work,

To provide appropriate Occupational Health and Safety training for all employees,

To create an annual Occupational health and Safety Plan to improve health and safety in the workplace,

Allocating sufficient resources to continuously improve occupational health and safety performance,

To provide regular health supervision for employees,

To actively intervene in all incidents, to investigate them and to ensure that the injured employees,
to ensure the return of claims at the first opportunity through fair management and remediation practices.

Çeşme Marina will implement and maintain an Occupational health and safety Management System that will include internal standards, policies and procedures, as well as binding rules and laws from external sources. These standards will be monitored regularly to ensure that integrity and effectiveness are maintained in order to facilitate continuous improvement in the enterprise.
